BUYER SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Review, negotiation, and explanation of contract of sale
  • Obtaining title work and resolution of issues (repair, termite, violations, permits, CO’s, etc.) prior to closing
  • Review and explanation of mortgage commitment and title commitment
  • Ongoing correspondence with seller’s attorney, lender and title company to expediently resolve all issues
  • Preparation of all required documents
  • Personal representation at closing
  • Calculation of tax basis for future sale/reference – may also reduce future tax preparer’s fees

SELLER SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Drafting, review, negotiation, and explanation of contract of sale
  • Resolution of all issues (repair, termite, violations, permits, CO’s, etc.) prior to closing
  • Ongoing correspondence with buyer’s attorney, lender and title company to expediently resolve all issues
  • Personal representation at closing – if so desired you may opt to not attend closing by pre-signing and representation via power of attorney
  • Tax return gain or loss reporting of sale proceeds – may also reduce future tax preparer’s fees
