FRANK K. MULHERN

Frank K. Mulhern, Esq., CPA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University and his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School. For over 25 years Frank has specialized in the areas of tax, real estate, business law, estate planning/probate/administration and wills/trusts.

Frank is a member of both the New York and New Jersey Bars and a Certified Public Accountant. Among the courts that Frank practices in include the United States Tax Court, the Appellate Divisions of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Bar Association, NYS Society of CPAs, NY & NJ Bar Associations, NY County Lawyer’s Association and Sons of The American Legion.

In the tax area, Frank has focused on tax research and planning, tax controversy and problems resolution work for both individuals and small businesses at the IRS, international and state & local levels as well as large case multimillion and billion dollar audits for fortune 250 companies, tax return preparation/ review for individuals, small businesses and large corporations, business start-ups, and business consulting. Frank’s tax clientele range from the tri-state area of NY/NY/CT to the greater Orlando area as well as nationwide.

In the real estate area, Frank represents New York and New Jersey buyers, sellers and lenders in the purchase and sale of homes, condominiums and coops, as well as residential and commercial leases, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosures, refinancings and sales and purchases of businesses.

In the estate area, Frank represents clients in the NY/NJ area in the planning, administration, and probate of estates and the drafting of wills and trusts to their specific needs and scenarios.
